Is the rental fee the same for every dumpster size?
Yes. All five sizes — 12, 15, 20, 25 and 30 yards — rent for the same flat fee of $695 with 1 ton of disposal included. You are not charged more for a larger container.
What does the $695 flat fee include?
The $695 covers any container size from 12 to 30 yards, 1 ton of disposal, and a 2-week rental period. Delivery and pickup are handled by our own drivers — you do not need to be home, and you get a text when the driver is on the way.
How does weight-based billing work?
After we haul your container away, the load is weighed at the disposal facility and billed at $0.19 per pound. The first ton (2,000 lb) is already included in your flat fee, so you only pay for weight beyond that.
What happens if my load weighs more than 1 ton?
Weight over the included ton is billed at $0.19 per pound. For example, a 1.25 ton load — 500 lb over the included ton — adds $95 to your total. Heavier materials like shingles, tile and dirt add up quickly, so ask us about sizing if you expect dense debris.
What if I need the dumpster longer than two weeks?
Two weeks are included with every rental, and extra days are $10 per day after that. Let us know before your pickup is scheduled and we will extend the rental.
Are there extra charges for certain items?
Some items carry a separate disposal charge because they cost more to process: mattresses and boxsprings $385 each, car tires $95 each, truck tires $360 each, appliances containing freon $168 each, propane tanks and gas cans $225 each, TVs and monitors $95 each, plus an $85 missed pickup fee and a $150 relocation fee. Do I pay for the empty space in the dumpster?
No. The flat fee covers the container itself, and disposal is billed by weight rather than by volume. A 20 yard container full of light furniture costs far less to dispose of than the same container filled with roofing shingles or tile — you are billed for what you actually throw away, not for the size of the box.
How do I get an exact quote for my project?
Call or text 855-737-3867, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. Because the rental fee is flat and disposal is billed by actual weight, your quote depends on the container size you need and the type of debris you are throwing out. We will size the container with you so there are no surprises.
