Customer agrees to current MA Waste Ban & Special Waste list pricing.  

These prices are subject to change.

Dumpsters must be dumped every 30 days.

Please provide at least 3 business days notice for removals. Weekend deliveries or removals need prior approval.  Long-term leases available for commercial accounts.

Prices include dumpster drop off, removal, and disposal for general construction & home clean out debris. All additional costs associated with hazardous waste, over filling, and any extra weight will be the customer's financial responsibility. These fees will be charged to the credit card on file after the dumpster is picked up and dumped.

A fuel charge may be applied under certain circumstances.

The customer is responsible for what goes into the dumpster from the time it is dropped off until picked up, and is responsible for the well-being of the dumpster.  Customer is responsible for the placement of the dumpster, any damage to the ground, and any permits necessary for the dumpster.

Customer is responsible for the removal costs with frozen loads.  We recommend covering the dumpster to keep rain and snow out. The tail gate must be closed and locked before dumpster can be loaded on truck.  Customer is responsible for towing fees if truck gets stuck at job site.

Any legal fees that may be incurred will be the customer's financial responsibility.
